We would like to invite you to take a look at what the Custer Area Chamber of Commerce can do for your business. We want every business to fully understand the benefits of being a Chamber member and to be aware of the ways that you can benefit from this membership.

Buffalo Bytes – A weekly e-newsletter that is emailed every Thursday and will keep you informed on community events. This is a very informative piece that only Chamber members receive.

Email Updates – We send emails to our members if there is something you need to be aware of as a member, (fires, bad checks, road closures, etc).

Chamber Website – One of our biggest inquiry tools www.custersd.com. We have record numbers of hits and page views from our website. Nearly 4 million hits in 2011.

Banner Ads – A good advertising tool, these are located on every page of our website. The only charge to you is to have them made, which is about $25.00. This is a great way to advertise!

Informational Pages – An informative booklet that works great for employers and front line employees. These pages have phone numbers for member businesses, attractions and organizations in our area. These pages go to our members every May.

Mixers – Monthly fun! September - May on Thursday evenings from 5-7 pm. Join us after work to unwind, socialize and network with prospective business contacts. Advertise your business!

Rack Cards – Let us advertise for you. Provide us with your rack cards and we will display them for you as well as giving them out to our visitors.

Travel Shows – A chance for you to advertise with us. We go to numerous travel shows throughout the year.

Advertising – As a Chamber member you will be listed in the Southern Hills Vacation magazine, the Custer Relocation magazine, the Chamber 4-fold rack card and be located on our Chamber website. All advertising is included with your membership.

Committees – There are numerous committees to be involved in through the Chamber. Get involved and help strengthen the community.

Events – Numerous events through the year. Trade Show, Christmas parade, Chili Cook-off, Buffalo Stampede Art Auction, 4^th of July, Lunafest, Mickelson Trail Trek, plus many more. Events keep people coming to our community which helps all area businesses.
